On a rainy night, a black cat wandering on the street was brought home by a girl named Luo Xiaobai (voiced by Shan Xin) and named Luo Xiaohei. Luo Xiaohei is not an ordinary cat. He is very human. He goes to the toilet and does not eat cat food. His long tail can even split into unidentified organisms called "Hey Xiu". On the other hand, a mysterious figure named "Di Ting" (voiced by Huang Zhenji) mobilized his three wolves that can transform into birds to search for Luo Xiaohei's whereabouts. Soon, Luo Xiaobai took Xiaohei to the countryside to visit his cousin Agen and grandfather, and all kinds of bizarre and mysterious events happened. "The Legend of Luo Xiaohei" is an animation produced by independent animation producer MTJJ and his studio in mainland China in March 2011.
